Although we have pre-made packages, we openly customize our video and photo services to ensure newlyweds are receiving more bang for their buck. We make sure through all our interactions that we know exactly what you’re looking for, then we design a video and photo package tailored to a style you’ll love.

The next step after deciding to book with us is to make sure we are available for your date. We then set up a date to meet in person or online to sign the contract & pay a deposit to lock in your date.

Our standard deposit amount is $1500.

It is very unlikly but incase of an emergency one of our other talented team members will fill in.

Yes! Every single photo & video will go through the same post production process as the images & videos you see on our website.

We believe it’s essential that you meet with your videographer(s)/photographer(s) to make sure you’re comfortable and confident with your team. During our first sit down, we establish a mood/tone, go over examples of our work and other inspirations you may enjoy, learn more about your tastes as individuals and together, design a template for how your video/photos should “feel”. Throughout our interactions, we ensure we understand what you expect from our team so we can ensure we deliver a final product that you can truly enjoy.

Yes, we provide all your raw/unedited files for you to keep.

Typically we send out your USB/files right away so a-lot of the times your final videos will not be included. Your video will be available on youtube and a download link will be sent for you to download as-well.

In the wedding industry, it’s not uncommon to hear newlyweds receiving their wedding video/photos 6-12 months after their wedding. To us, that’s too long. We know that seeing your video/photos as soon as possible truly enhances the whole experience of your wedding day, and keeps our couples satisfied. Therefore, all our video/photo packages guarantee a highlight film/photo gallery within the first 5 weeks.

Yes, we shoot birthdays, commercials, events & even movies & shows. You can see our commercial company Origin Films Inc. by visiting https://originfilms.ca. We also offer photo-booth & live streaming services with Origin Weddings.

Yes, Origin Weddings is pleased to travel anywhere to capture your special day. Our travel fees range between $80 and $200 per day, not per team member.

Free Travel: No travel fees for services within 30km of Toronto, covering cities like Toronto, York, Etobicoke, North York, and Scarborough.

Travel Fees: $80: 30-60km (Vaughan, Mississauga, Markham, etc.)

– $125: 60-90km (Bradford, Uxbridge, Halton Hills, etc.)

– $200: 90-200km (Peterborough, Niagara Falls, Kitchener, etc.)

Extended Travel: For locations beyond 200km from Toronto, overnight accommodations may be needed. These extra costs will be communicated beforehand and added to the final invoice.

We accept certified cheques, E-transfers, Debit Cards and all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. There is an extra 3% processing fee for all credit cards.

You receive a set of photo previews within 10 days of your wedding. Your full photo gallery & wedding highlight will be delivered 8-10 weeks from your wedding date.
